As the company continues to grow and expand its operations, the Latvian national airline airBaltic is actively recruiting, now offering up to 200 Junior Cabin Crew positions across its bases in all three Baltic States – Riga (Latvia), Tallinn (Estonia), and Vilnius (Lithuania). These positions are planned to be filled by the summer season of 2026.

airBaltic welcomes applications from anyone interested in starting a career in aviation – even without previous experience. All selected candidates will join airBaltic’s international team and receive fully paid training, obtaining a Cabin Crew certificate within just two months. The role offers a flexible schedule that can be easily combined with studies, as well as a dynamic work environment, extensive travel opportunities, clear career development paths, and a supportive team culture.

Marina Volkova, Head of Talent Acquisition and Development at airBaltic commented: “As we prepare for the upcoming summer season and continue expanding our fleet, we are opening up to 200 Junior Cabin Crew vacancies across the Baltic region. Interest in this opportunity has always been high, and we are delighted to welcome candidates who are passionate about aviation and thrive in a dynamic environment. The success of airBaltic is driven by professional, well-trained people, and we offer fully paid training and a clear development path – both for those starting their careers and for those seeking a new professional direction.”

Successful candidates will be entrusted with duties related to onboard safety, customer service, sales, and daily flight operations. They will ensure the highest service standards while acting as key ambassadors of the airline.

Currently, airBaltic employs nearly 3 000 professionals and continues to expand its team across various departments. The airline is consistently recognized as a Top Employer in nationwide and international rankings.
