The Latvian airline airBaltic has launched its first-ever “open door” initiative in March and April for young professionals seeking to become part of the carrier’s development under Horizon 2021 business plan.
Martin Gauss, Chief Executive Officer of airBaltic: “Our Horizon 2021 business plan started to show the first momentum with the passenger numbers growing in the first 2 months of 2016. In addition, our new CS300 fleet will arrive in 2016 , along with new routes for airBaltic, and better connectivity for the whole Baltic region. Naturally, we want new talent to join this unprecedented and unique development.”
The initiative will first target young professionals willing to join the team of airBaltic’s award-winning cabin crew. In March and April airBaltic invites motivated individuals to visit the company’s headquarters during the “open door” event, which starts every Wednesday at 13:00. The project does not require candidates to fill out an application form before the visit, but simply take their CV, personal identification document and arrive for the selection process. For more information, candidates can visit airBaltic’s recruitment website: http://recruite.airbaltic.com/.
airBaltic serves over 60 destinations from its home base in Riga, Latvia. From every one of these locations, airBaltic offers convenient connections via Riga to its network spanning Europe, Scandinavia, CIS and the Middle East. In addition, airBaltic also offers new direct flights from Tallinn and Vilnius.
