It is possible to book tickets for these flights via airBaltic telephone call centre dedicated phone line +371 67207771. Please note that during the booking via telephone call the passengers will need to give and confirm their passport details. If you wish to travel from Riga, you must be allowed entry into the respective country. Please check your eligibility with relevant authorities before contacting airBaltic.

airBaltic invites all passengers arriving with any symptoms of the disease to contact the medical staff in Riga International Airport at arrival sectors E and C before baggage reclaim. Passengers arriving from virus affected territories are obliged to stay at home quarantine for 14 days.

On April 7 the Government of the Republic of Latvia made a decision to extend the period of safety measures, including travel restrictions and the suspension of international air traffic, in order to limit the spread of Coronavirus. All airBaltic prior scheduled connections are temporarily suspended until May 12, 2020 inclusive, including operations of airBaltic from Estonia and Lithuania.

All affected passengers will be contacted via e-mail individually and offered travel alternatives. airBaltic customer service is continuing to receive an increased amount of calls and messages, so we kindly advise to contact airBaltic only if your flight was originally scheduled in the upcoming days. It will enable those, who were originally planned to have a flight coming up and need our attention most, to reach the company first. Information concerning the latest travel updates from airBaltic can be found on the company’s website.

Currently airBaltic continues to offer its clients charter passenger and cargo flights that may be requested on the company’s website.
