airBaltic to Recruit Crew in Estonia

The Latvian airline airBaltic hosted its “open door” initiative in Estonia for young professionals seeking to become part of the carrier’s development under Horizon 2021 business plan.

The “open door” initiative will first target young professionals willing to join the team of airBaltic’s award-winning cabin crew. The project does not require candidates to fill out an application form before the visit, but simply take their CV, personal identification document and arrive for the selection process. airBaltic has strengthened its position in Estonia by offering direct flights out of Tallinn to Paris, Berlin, Vienna, Amsterdam, Riga and Vilnius.
