The United Kingdom's CAA International and partner New Zealand's Aspeq Ltd. have launched the new licensing system that will allow aviation professionals to apply for, renew and manage licenses online.

The new e-Licensing system is compatible with CAAi’s current e-Examination system that is currently being used by many aviation authorities.

The system can immediately determine if an applicant is eligible for a license, and allow applicants to track the status of their application online.

By utilising the e-Licensing system, will help maximise safety performances and the efficiency of the National Aviation Authorities.

The system can manage all ICAO and EASA license types for flight crew, aircraft maintenance engineers and air traffic control licenses.
