Flydubai has signed a long-term contract with Joramco, which will provide the carrier with airframe maintenance solutions for its 50 Next-Generation Boeing 737-800 aircraft.

The contract lasts until December 2017, extending a partnership initiated in 2013, and will include C checks, EIS (Entry Into Service) and lease hand backs for the entire fleet.

“Joramco has provided excellent support to Flydubai over the last two years and we are pleased to further extend our relationship with Joramco to provide professional and cost-effective maintenance services on our all-Boeing fleet of aircraft," said Mick Hills, SVP Engineering & Maintenance at Flydubai.

Joramco has 50 years experience as a leading commercial aircraft maintenance, repair and overhaul facility, with five hangars at a free zone area in Queen Alia International Airport in Amman, Jordan.
