Chinese startup Fuzhou Airlines (FU) welcomed its first direct-delivered Boeing 737-800 aircraft at Fuzhou Changle International Airport (FOC) on Oct. 17.
The 737-800, Registration B-7105, is painted with logo of 2015 National Youth Games on its fuselage, which started operating Fuzhou-Haikou and Fuzhou-Shanghai Pudong routes after the welcoming ceremony.
Fuzhou Airlines is a regional affiliated company of HNA Group. Today's delivery marks the 6th Boeing 737-800 to join the airline's all-Boeing fleet. The Fuzhou-based carrier will take delivery of another new 737-800 in November.
The airline currently operates domestic flights from Fuzhou to Chongqing, Kunming, Haikou, Hefei, Taiyuan, Tianjin and Xi'an. In next two months, the airline will launch new domestic services to Yichang, Lanzhou, Nanjing and Wuhan.
