A Luxair de Havilland Dash 8-400, registration LX-LGE performing flight LG-4605 from Luxembourg (Luxembourg) to London City, EN (UK), completed a seemingly uneventful flight with a safe landing in London City.

The airline confirmed that a post flight inspection revealed a panel, size about 1 square meter, was missing from the left hand engine's (PW150) cowling. The panel separated during departure, but the separation was not noticed by the crew.
