Qatar Airways Named Best Airline for Business Class

Qatar Airways was honoured with the title for Best Airline for Business Class in the inaugural Travel Weekly Asia Reader's Choice Awards.

The awards seeks to recognise travel companies and individuals for their outstanding achievements and pay tribute to the top travel organisations for their commitment, contributions and accomplishments.

The 32 winners were determined by the travel trade and readers on the categories representing the different segments of the travel industry.

In the aviation categories, home-grown Singapore Airlines (SIA) clinched two awards for being the best global airline and best airline for service excellence.

Cathay Pacific Airways was voted best airline in the Asia Pacific region and AirAsia bagged the award for best budget carrier.

Qatar Airway's Business Class combines comfort and spaciousness along with passenger-focus services and has previously won top honours with leading travel news sites and guides such as Skytrax and Business Traveller.
