S7Airlines (S7, Novosibirsk) is considering setting up a subsidiary in the Netherlands. The carrier said in a statement that the entity, which will be based in Amsterdam, will be put to S7 shareholders during an Extraordinary General Meeting (EGM) on October 29.
No further details about the project were revealed.
Aside from S7 Airlines and Globus (GH, Novosibirsk), the S7 Group also includes MRO firms Sibir Technics and S7 Engineering, S7 Training, S7 Service, S7 Cargo, and S7 Ticket.
The S7 Group is owned by husband and wife team Vladislav and Natalia Filev.
