S7 Group1 member airlines summarized the results of their activity in August 2015. During this month the airlines carried 1 202 518 passengers, which is 6.6% more than in August 2014.

Growth was still indicated on domestic routes – the number of passengers carried on S7 Airlines flights within Russia in August grew by 10.8% up to 830 412 passengers.

The total number of flights in August amounted to 8 742, this index grew by 7.3 comparing with the previous year.

Passenger turnover amounted to 2 476 554 thousand pkm., which is 4.4% more than in August 2014, cargo turnover grew by 3.7% up to 232 299 thousand tkm.

 “Summarizing summer results we note stable operation of all airline divisions during the tourist season – all business performance indicators correspond to our forecasts.  Moreover, despite the high season S7 Airlines still remains the most punctual airline in the world for the sixth month running maintaining leadership in the world airline punctuality rating of Flightstats”, Igor Veretennikov, S7 Group Strategy Director, noted.
