Taiwan-based STARLUX Airlines has achieved the prestigious 2025 Five Star Major Airline Award in the esteemed global APEX passenger rankings. Based on traveler ratings from around the world, STARLUX distinguishes itself for its exceptional in-flight experience, earning praise for cabin comfort, catering quality, in-flight entertainment, connectivity services, and outstanding cabin service.
The APEX Five Star and Four Star Airline Awards stand as the only global awards entirely based on neutral, third-party passenger feedback and insights. The 2025 Awards saw an unprecedented level of passenger engagement, with over one million PNR verified flights rated across more than 600 global airlines using a five-star scale and applying even more stringent criteria than in previous years.
STARLUX CEO Glenn Chai commented:“At STARLUX, we are thrilled and deeply honored to receive this prestigious award. This achievement is a testament to the tireless dedication of our entire team. Launching just two months before the pandemic and beginning full-scale operations in 2023 makes this milestone even more remarkable. Our commitment to maintaining the highest standards of service and safety has truly made a difference, and we are excited to continue providing an exceptional travel experience for our passengers.”
Seamlessly blending contemporary luxury with authentic Taiwanese heritage, STARLUX provides unparalleled comfort in every class. Each cabin is designed to delight and soothe the senses, from earth-toned interiors to award-winning crew attire to curated in-cabin aromatherapy and Michelin-rated meals.
