American Airlines (AA, Dallas/Fort Worth) will terminate services to Israel early next year. Airline Route reports the carrier's daily A330-200 service between Philadelphia Int'l and Tel Aviv Ben Gurion will end with effect from January 5.

Despite its departure, American will continue to serve the Tel Aviv market via its codeshare partnership with El Al Israel Airlines (LY, Tel Aviv Ben Gurion).
