Malindo Air today officially announced that all bookings are now open for its new services, Kuala Lumpur-Colombo-Kuala Lumpur and Kuala Lumpur-Ho Chi Minh-Kuala Lumpur. The daily flight to Colombo will commence on 18 December 2015, whereas daily services to Ho Chi Minh will start on 29 January 2016. The daily services to Sri Lanka and Vietnam mark the airline’s ninth and tenth countries respectively in its expanding international network.

Promotional fares for the new routes are as follows:
• Kuala Lumpur-Colombo starts from RM339 for Economy Class and RM579 for Business Class one-way all inclusive
• Kuala Lumpur-Ho Chi Minh starts from RM129 for Economy Class and RM399 for Business Class one-way all inclusive

The promotional fares include perks such as free baggage allowance, in-flight entertainment, a meal and light refreshments.

The narrow-body Boeing 737-800 aircraft with a seat capacity of 162, with 12 Business Class and 150 Economy Class seats, will be deployed on the two services. The flight time between Kuala Lumpur and Colombo will take 3 hrs 25mins. The time taken for the Kuala Lumpur – Ho Chi Minh city journey will be 1hr 55 mins from the carrier’s main hub in KLIA2.
