Ryanair, Europe’s No 1 airline, launched its biggest ever Berlin winter 2016 schedule, with 13 new routes to Budapest, Fuerteventura, Gran Canaria, Lanzarote, Lisbon, Manchester, Rzeszow, Seville, Sofia, Thessaloniki, Timisoara, Toulouse and Vilnius, and 2 new winter services to Malta and Pisa, which will help deliver 4.7m customers p.a. and support 3,500* jobs, as Ryanair doubles its Berlin Schonefeld operation.
Ryanair’s Berlin W 2016 schedule will deliver:
· 9 based aircraft (4 extra)
· 13 new routes: Budapest (daily), Fuerteventura (2 weekly), Gran Canaria (3 weekly), Lanzarote (2 weekly),
Lisbon (daily), Manchester (daily), Rzeszow (3 weekly), Seville (3 weekly), Sofia (daily),
Thessaloniki (daily), Timisoara (2 weekly), Toulouse (4 weekly) & Vilnius (3 weekly)
· 2 new winter services: Pisa (2 weekly) & Malta (2 weekly)
· 39 routes in total
· More flights to: Glasgow, Malaga, Palma, Rome Ciampino & Venice
· 281 weekly flights
· 4.7m customers p.a.
· 3,500* “on-site” jobs p.a.
German consumers and visitors can choose from 39 Berlin routes in winter 2016 and can look forward to further improvements, as Ryanair continues its “Always Getting Better” programme, which includes more new routes, a new app, new cabin interiors, new crew uniforms and improved inflight menus.
