Sanya Phoenix International Airport (SYX) served a total of 322,400 passengers during the week-long National Day Holiday from Oct. 1 to Oct. 7, up 5.59 percent year on year, according to statistics released by the airport on Thursday.
The airport handled a total of 2,069 aircraft movements during the week-long holiday, an increase of 2.48% year on year. An outbound travel peak hit the airports on Oct. 1; while the inbound peak appeared on Oct. 7, with a daily passenger volume of 47,297 and 46,183, respectively.
