Port of Seattle police briefly closed all entrances to the Seattle-Tacoma International Airport while they responded to a security alarm.

KING TV News reports that airport officials confirmed a post on Twitter saying police had closed entrances and stopped trains about 9:15 p.m. Friday.

Police took a suspect into custody and lifted the lockdown after about 30 minutes.

Planes continued to fly in and out as scheduled during the closure.
