Following 54th International Paris Air Show where zero emission Air Mobility was placed under the light of the worldwide airspace industry HELIPASS and MICAELIS signed a partnership MoU. This collaboration aims to pave the way to global revolution of air transportation, starting with Brazil and France, by laying the foundation to integrate MICAELIS eVTOL solutions into Helipass global portfolio network.

Frédéric Aguettant, CEO of HELIPASS, commented: “By combining our expertise and resources, we are underlining the impact of innovation initiative with a strong commitment to expanding advanced air mobility viable and accessible solutions bringing significant environmental improvements.”

Vincent KIEFFER , Co-CEO of MICAELIS, said: “This partnership enlightens a global network collaboration by both companies to transform the mobility and introduce rapidly electric air transportation to new regions.” 

After having worked the rideshare helicopter worldwide services in parallel, the two CEOs are joining forces and now running a partnership program under a common vision to speed up the introduction of a safer, quieter and more sustainable air travel. The introduction of eVTOL aircraft into the global network will represent a giant leap for mobility.

MICAELIS is set to focus on developing practical applications for Advanced Air Mobility, including implementing and testing routes and customer experience in Latin America, whereas HELIPASS will foster its introduction to European market, promoting future routes in France and other European countries that could support AAM operations.This complementary Brazil French approach capitalizing on the new era of international relationship between both countries represents a genuine strategic move to build the sustainable infrastructure required to bring the concept of electric aviation to fruition.
