Spirits are high at Aero-Dienst on the occasion of the sixth Annual Bombardier Business Aircraft Authorized Service Facility (ASF) Excellence Awards! After already having emerged as the winner of the prestigious comparison last year, Aero-Dienst was once again crowned the number one ASF in the Worldwide and Europe categories in 2016. “This success is a great incentive for continued excellent performance in customer service and workmanship,” notes Viktor Peters, Managing Director at Aero-Dienst.
Since 2011, the Canadian aircraft manufacturer has granted the annual Excellence Award to its ASFs for exceptional quality, performance, and outstanding service to Bombardier Business Aircraft customers. After comparing the 33 heavy and line maintenance facilities of the Bombardier Business Aircraft network worldwide, AeroDienst again came out on top. Aero-Dienst received the Annual Bombardier Business Aircraft ASF Excellence Award during a ceremony on November 2, 2016, at the National Business Aviation Association’s Business Aviation Convention & Exhibition (NBAA-BACE) in Orlando, Florida. Viktor Peters used the occasion to once again express his gratitude to Bombardier and the Aero-Dienst maintenance teams in Nuremberg (Germany) and Vienna (Austria) for their excellent work during the past year. “Achieving temporary success is one thing, but being able to consistently attain the top position among your competitors is a special achievement,” said Peters. “So we are even more thrilled to be able to defend our leading position among the Bombardier ASFs this year. We will strive to continue carrying out maintenance, repair and overhaul services for our Global*, Challenger*, and Learjet* customers at the highest level over the coming year!”
