As the BizAv community gathers in Las Vegas for NBAA-BACE 2025, Avfuel Corporation reinforces its leadership in sustainability through certifications, expanded fuel supply, and thought leadership at the show’s Business Aviation Sustainability Summit. This year marks Avfuel’s fifth consecutive year of offsetting its scope 1 and 2 emissions and its fourth year of certification under NATA’s Sustainability Standard for Aviation Businesses, maintaining its Tier 2 Green Aviation Business designation for the second year in a row. Avfuel remains the only fuel supplier certified under the program.

Marci Ammerman, Avfuel’s vice president of marketing commented: “Avfuel’s dedication to measurable sustainability outcomes remains unwavering. Our continued certifications and verified offsets represent more than compliance—they reflect a company-wide commitment to operational integrity, transparency and leadership in helping business aviation achieve its environmental goals.”

Driving the Industry Conversation at NBAA-BACE

Avfuel’s leadership extends beyond operations and into collaboration. At NBAA-BACE’s Business Aviation Sustainability Summit, Avfuel executives will join industry peers to address the sector’s most pressing environmental topics.

C.R. Sincock, II, Avfuel’s executive vice president, will share his insights in “Preparing for the Sustainable Future: Next Gen Infrastructure to Impact”, alongside Joe Meszaros, vice president of operations for sister company, Avflight, Eric Newman, Atlantic Aviation’s vice president of business development and sustainability, and Craig Teasdale, vice president of operations for VertiPorts by Atlantic. The discussion will explore how FBOs are adapting infrastructure to support sustainable aviation fuel, electric and hybrid aircraft, and evolving environmental regulations.

Keith Sawyer, Avfuel’s manager of alternative fuels, will contribute to “SAF Challenges & Opportunities: Market Trends for Sustainable Aviation Fuel”, along with Bombardier’s Bruce Parry, senior advisor, industry and government affairs, to address production scalability, regulatory frameworks, and market growth projections shaping SAF’s future.

Through these engagements, Avfuel continues to help chart business aviation’s sustainability roadmap—promoting collaboration, innovation, and actionable solutions.

Expanding AvfuelZero: The Industry’s Most Comprehensive Sustainability Platform

Avfuel also highlights the ongoing evolution of AvfuelZero, its comprehensive sustainability platform that supports operators, FBOs and OEMs through every stage of their environmental journey.

Since its launch two years ago, AvfuelZero has expanded to include a convenient online reporting platform and ISCC certification, enabling customers to track and verify sustainability metrics through an internationally recognized framework. The platform integrates emissions assessments, sustainable aviation fuel, carbon offsetting, and reduction reporting—providing a single, expert-guided resource for measurable impact.

“AvfuelZero continues to grow as the most complete sustainability solution in business aviation offered by any fuel supply partner,” said Sawyer. “It’s designed to make progress practical, helping our customers move from commitment to action.”

SAF Supply Leadership and On-Site Engagement

Avfuel now provides consistent SAF supply to 58 locations across the U.S., U.K., and E.U.—providing more SAF to business aviation operations than any other fuel supplier. In 2025, the company expanded its SAF supply chain (all of which is ISCC certified) to include five states: Florida, New Jersey, Texas, Colorado and California, demonstrating its ongoing investment in accessibility and reliability for operators.

Attendees can connect with Avfuel’s sustainability experts at Booth #3445 throughout NBAA-BACE to discuss SAF sourcing, emissions management, and AvfuelZero’s tailored sustainability solutions.

Through continued certification, measurable emissions reduction, thought leadership, and ongoing investment in cleaner energy, Avfuel continues to set the benchmark for sustainability in aviation—helping its customers and partners transition to a more responsible future.
