China’s AVIC Hebei General Aviation has taken delivery of a brand new King Air 350i.
The aircraft will be based at Shijiazhuang City in northern China’s Hebei province, and will be available for charter.
Yang Hui, general manager of AVIC General Aviation Co., Ltd., said: “The King Air 350i is added to enrich the company’s fleet, the new aircraft is expected to be used for charter flights and passenger transport to further expand the business scope of the company.”
The company currently operates three Cessna 208s, and expects to take delivery of further King Air before the end of the year.
Senior Vice President of Business Development Textron China Aviation Bill Schultz said, “Previously, King Air 350i within China are used for special tasks, the delivery of the Hebei King Air 350i will be the first in China for charter flights and VIP transport tasks. We are very optimistic about its future market performance.”
The aircraft (MSN FL-976 / B-100Z) was handed over to its new owners during a ceremony at the China International Business Aviation Show in Beijing. It was previously seen passing through Sapporo Japan on delivery on September 14.
