Beacon Air Group welcomes travelers to its brand-new private terminal and full-service FBO at Montana’s Billings Logan International Airport (KBIL). FBO 24/7-capable operations began with the completion of its 9,000-square-foot luxury terminal—complete with 1,800 square feet of leasable office space—and 36,000 square feet of hangar space able to accommodate aircraft up to a G600. Located on the Rimrocks, Beacon Air Group grants travelers premier access to Montana's largest city and the vibrant landscape surrounding it. The FBO provides ten-minute access to Billings’ business and medical corridor, Alberta Bair Theater, Dehler Park, and much more.

Joel Simmons, Beacon Air Group’s owner, commented: “We are honored to serve as the region’s new premier FBO option, connecting aviators with the beauty and bustle of southern Montana. Every aspect of Beacon Air Group was designed with our customers’ needs in mind, from the facilities that house our operation to the services we provide out of it. Our aim is to always provide first-class service to the flying community by anticipating their needs and desires. Along with a first-class staff, we accomplish this by partnering with industry- and regionally-best service providers to offer a true full-service experience.”

David Mittleman, Avfuel’s senior sales manager of the western U.S.,said: “The Avfuel team congratulates Beacon Air Group on the opening of its first-in-class FBO. We are proud to complement its operation with Avfuel’s leading contract fuel program and the support that comes along with it, helping to provide the full-service experience flight departments seek. With this partnership, we’re able to connect our 6,000+ flight department customers with the top-notch services and facilities Beacon Air Group has to offer.”

Chic and modern facility not only reflects the high caliber of services Beacon Air Group provides as a full-service operation, it also reflects the local flavor of Billings with western-inspired architectural touches and an in-house artisan coffee bistro: BW Blacksmith Coffee Co. This is in addition to all the amenities modern travelers require: an inviting, pet-friendly passenger lobby; two conference rooms with seating for six and full A/V; a business center; a seminar room that seats 50; courtesy crew cars; a relaxing crew room; well-appointed restrooms; WiFi; and food delivery service and vending machines.

These amenities are accentuated by a complete portfolio of aviation and concierge services through the FBO and its local, preferred vendors, including:  full-service 100LL and jet A; aircraft detailing; aircraft lubricants; gourmet catering; charter brokerage; deicing; flight planning; GPU 28v; ice and potable water; laundry and dishwashing service; lavatory service; oxygen service; limousine service and onsite rental cars; terminal transportation; long-term vehicle parking; tie downs; and corporate hotel and car rates.

These services are carried out by professionally-trained employees dedicated to safe aviation operations and excellence in customer care. As it opened its doors, Beacon Air Group also joined the Avfuel Contract Fuel Network of 3,500+ global fueling locations, offering flight departments competitive rates on jet fuel prices. This is in addition to streamlined transactions with the Avfuel Pro Card—Beacon Air Group’s preferred payment method.
