Centreline Air Charter adds Falcon 2000LXS to its fleet and gains worldwide AOC

Centreline Air Charter (CAC) is continuing its period of growth with the addition of a Dassault Falcon 2000LXS to its fleet. The company has also gained an EASA approved worldwide Aircraft Operating Certificate (AOC) which enables CAC to operate long haul services to an almost unlimited range of destinations.

Centreline Air Charter, part of the full service business aviation company, Bristol Flying Centre Group (BFC), is currently one of Europe’s leading operators of the CJ525 aircraft and the addition of the Falcon 2000LXS increases its managed, charter fleet to seven. The 2014 manufactured, 10 seat jet, was delivered to the owner directly from Dassault in September and will be based in Guernsey. The award of the worldwide AOC will enable CAC to offer the aircraft for charter to long haul destinations, having already proven its capability by operating flights to the USA and Africa for the owner. CAC will be using its 145, Part M approval for the ongoing continued airworthiness of the aircraft.

Director of BFC, Phil Brockwell commented “We have stated very clearly in recent months that we are targeting the management contracts of larger, longer range aircraft and gaining the management of the Falcon 2000XLS, and an expansion of our AOC to include worldwide operations, is a huge step into this market. We hope to announce soon that we have added more aircraft of a similar range to our fleet and look forward to offering our customers an even wider choice of destinations as well as an enhanced capability to our aircraft management services.” Mr Brockwell added “The versatility of the Falcon 2000LXS allows us to operate into a vast range of airfields not available to similar aircraft and in turn enables CAC to demonstrate its flexibility as an Aircraft Management organisation”.

Centreline Air Charter secured the management of a new CJ525 earlier this year, has another which will be added to the fleet by the end of 2015 and has the commitment for the management of an additional large aircraft in early 2016.
