November 17  "Center of Business Aviation" Vnukovo-3, which is  becoming a platform for showcasing of world's aircraft manufacturers latest models , Cessna Aircraft and Eastunion (Cessna Citation’ official sales representative for Russia and CIS countries) presented  Cessna Citation X +  to Russian customers.  From Moskow the aircraft flew to Kazakhstan.

Each of customers was interested in a fantastic Cessna Citation X + speed. By the way, flying from Amsterdam to Moscow, the aircraft reached about 1,100 km / h. There were times when Cessna was mercilessly criticized by sceptics for "slow speed." Cessna did a great job and already for 15 years in a row Citation X is the fastest business jet in the world.

Recently Americans updated aircraft’s speed and confirmed the status of the version X + - 0,935M. Moreover, after the operation of supersonic "Concorde", "ten" passed honorary Palme speed champion among all certified modern passenger aircraft.Coming from New York to Los Angeles or, for example, from Moscow to Dubai, there is a 95% chance that Citation X + will land half an hour before any other jet aircraft. The flight distance of Citation X + is 6351 km.

Let’s take a tour in the cabin.  Being there for the first time, knowing all futures, you understand that Citation X + cabin exceeds all reasonable limits and offers passengers one of the widest, spacious and luxurious interiors in its class. However, none of  other jet aircraft in the world is combine a range, speed and efficiency in operation. All this keeping the highest level of passenger comfort.

The cabin’s equipment make flying enjoyable and productive. Cessna Aircraft patented and developed together with Heads Up Technologies, cabin’s intelligent management system Clarity provides access to maps, flight information, multimedia systems, radio,  Internet and other options from your smartphone or iPad. You can easily  control the temperature, intensity of sound, lighting and other functions from a fixed touch screen. Any electronic device connects to the Wi-Fi, providing additional benefits for travelers. You can even send a text message to another passenger or pilot.

Especially designed locker, located within the reach of passengers, is perfectly  suited for storing food, as well as porcelain, glasses, tableware and other. Optional arrangement includes zones separation in the passenger compartment, a separate storage space for the necessary on-board equipment, communications station, a place for flight attendant and a full galley.

It seems that at some point positions Cessna positions shaken after a Gulfstream G650 record flight. However, the manufacturer is not giving up and offered its clients graphite epoxy elliptical wingtips Winglet Technology installed on the aircraft to reduce drag.

With these additional aerodynamic surfaces Citation X +  is capable of flying at a cruising speed of 978 km / h, but, the maximum speed is very impressive - 1156 km / h or 0.935 M (0.925 M stated for Gulfstream G650). So it seems, Cessna will make every effort in the future to maintain its leadership. Brand’s prestige - above anything else.

The elongated fuselage - aircraft key structural change, which significantly increased passenger comfort, thus, had virtually no impact on flight performance.

Citation X + is equipped with Rolls-Royce AE3007C2 engines. For the take off the aircraft needs 1600 meters. To lift the working train FL470 aircraft will need 24 minutes. The X + can accommodate up to 12 passengers, but the standard cabin – 8 passengers. What is important – tall passengers will feel very comfortable inside, because the height of the cab in section 1.73 m, width - 1.68 m.
