ExecuJet, part of the Luxaviation Group, has seen its Zürich FBO gain the International Standard for Business Aircraft Handling (IS-BAH) Stage II accreditation, making it the first FBO facility in Switzerland to do so.
The Zürich FBO is based at the ExecuJet Aviation Centre at Zürich International Airport and features a private hangar, private ramp, VIP lounge and separate pilot’s lounge.
Ettore Poggi, Group FBO Director, Luxaviation Group, says: “Throughout the Luxaviation Group we operate a universal standard of customer service, safety and quality that is outstanding. Four of the 25 FBOs in our network are IS-BAH accredited, including Berlin, Brussels, Lanseria and Zürich, showcasing the quality of our support services and our commitment to using the most comprehensive assessments available.
“We are always looking to improve the service we provide our customers and we are looking forward to achieving Stage II accreditation at more of our facilities in due course.”
Basil Gamper, Manager, ExecuJet Zürich FBO, says: “We are extremely proud to have achieved IS-BAH Stage II accreditation, making us one of only a handful of FBOs in Europe to do so. This accreditation is recognition and reward for all the hard work that has been put into the facility since its opening in 2003 and underpins the importance we place on safety and regulatory standards.”
IS-BAH is a joint programme between IBAC and the National Air Transportation Association (NATA).
