Ries Vriend, CEO of Amsterdam Software, and Captain Raman Oberoi, COO of Falcon Aviation, announced the signing of the FBO One Software agreement, providing an essential online operational management tool. This new system will enhance the logistics across all its front and back office departments supporting Falcon Aviation’s processes in providing a seamless and efficient service to its clients at its new FBO facility located at Al Maktoum International Airport in Dubai.
FBO One is used at more than 140 FBO’s around the world. It is the international standard for aircraft ground handling and fuel sales and processes over 25,000 flights per month. FBO One’s dashboard and search capabilities make the system easy to use. It manages, enhances and visualizes all workflows, from creating and confirming an order to handling, payment, invoicing and booking. FBO One is officially supported by and integrated with NetJets, as well as CFMU / Eurocontrol and FlightAware, so changes in flight data are accurate and up to date and handling requests are automatically updated. Other strong points are payment card processing and management reporting. FBO One provides many functionalities that will give Falcon Aviation a competitive edge through reduction of administrative tasks which enables them to have more time for customer service and achieve an even better overall service level.
The FBO One team looks forward to working together with its new valued client Falcon Aviation.
