Following sizeable development costs of $750 million, Embraer recently launched the brand new Legacy 450 and international operator, Global Jet has just been appointed by a discerning owner to manage and operate one of the few examples of this type that are available for charter in Europe.
Equipped with fly by wire cutting edge technology, the Legacy 450 is ideally suited for the European charter market and. with its ability to fly into short runways, it is ideal for fast and safe city pair trips. The manufacturer highlights that Legacy has the best cabin pressurization in its class, delivering maximum comfort by reducing the impact of jetlag. As expectedt from a clean sheet design, the eight passenger six feet tall and 24 feet long cabin has the latest entertainment systems with a wide range of connectivity options including Swift Broadband high speed data and Wi-Fi connection.
In keeping with Global Jet’s reputation for providing a supreme level of service as proven by the more than 70 long-range corporate jets currently under management, “the company is focusing on fulfilling strong client demand for mid-light aircraft” comments Bjorn Naberhuis VP for business development. “The Legacy 450 slots perfectly for the inter-Europe trips, either for business or leisure, and this is all about efficiency” highlights Bjorn Naberhuis.
