T.O. What was your way to work in GAS? 

O.V.G. While working in a different branch of aviation, an ex colleague landed a position in GAS, and while he described the position I thought it would be the exact kind of thing I would be end up loving doing and sent my CV in. It just so happened that, after a couple of months, a position came up and I was called for an interview. And the rest is history.

T.O. What makes you happy working in Aviation?

O.V.G. I am a really extroverted personality and love learning new things, thus this job scratched an itch for both. I love meeting new customers and pilots and tackling new obstacles on a daily basis. Also, coming from a non aviation background (entertainment industry) it was a whole new world that opened up for me.

T.O. What you wish GAS for next 45 years?

O.V.G. To keep up the good work and professionalism I got to experience up to this moment.

T.O. What you would say to motivate future generations of aviation professionals?

O.V.G. If you´re not sure about your career path, give aviation a go, you might just fall in love. It´s a really exciting industry that combines really impressive tech with people skills. What´s not to love about it?
