Jeppesen announced an agreement to bundle Jeppesen NavData® and digital charts with the delivery of new Daher general aviation aircraft. This service eliminates the need for pilots to purchase avionics data packages on their own, as selected navigation data will be onboard and ready to use at the point of delivery.

“Daher customers expect the top aircraft technology and performance available and our partnership with Jeppesen enhances this capability through pre-loaded navigation data and charts,” said Nicolas Chabbert, senior vice president of the Daher Airplane Business Unit.  “Our goal is provide our customers with a premier, customized experience when investing in an aircraft purchase and this agreement helps us to deliver this promise.”

Through the agreement, Jeppesen will provide NavData and digital charts for TBM900 and TBM930 aircraft. The bundled data options available with the purchase of Daher aircraft not only includes Jeppesen data, but for aircraft equipped with Garmin G1000 avionics, pilots also can choose PilotPak data that offers supplemental databases, including SafeTaxi, airport diagrams and obstacle and terrain data.

“Daher is a globally-established aircraft manufacturer that pilots recognize for providing a top end flying experience,” said Reggie Arsenault, director, Jeppesen General Aviation Client Management.  “We are pleased to partner with Daher to offer multiple flight data bundle services to meet the specific requirements of each pilot as they take to the skies in their new Daher aircraft.”
