Luxaviation UK renewed its WYVERN WINGMAN Certified Operator status, underscoring its ongoing commitment to the highest standards of operational safety and discipline. This certification is upheld through continued participation in the WYVERN Flight Leader Program, along with structured quarterly coaching sessions that support continuous improvement and reinforce best practices throughout flight operations.

George Galanopoulos, CEO of Luxaviation UK commented: “Renewing this certification is a proud achievement for Luxaviation UK,” says George Galanopoulos, CEO of Luxaviation UK. “It is a confirmation of our team’s continued engagement with the Flight Leader Program, and a mark of safety for the company. We are proud to lead by example and offer our customers reassurance in our safety and discipline standards.”

Patrick Hansen, CEO of Luxaviation Group stated: “Safety remains a core priority across the Luxaviation network. The renewal of Luxaviation UK’s WYVERN WINGMAN certification reflects the dedication and professionalism of our teams, as well as our commitment to maintaining the highest operational standards and continuously strengthening our safety practices. We are proud to see Luxaviation UK recognized against one of the industry’s most respected safety benchmarks, demonstrating the rigorous measures, oversight, and discipline that support our operations every day.”

Andrew Day, Chief Operating Officer of WYVERN said: “Through a culture centered on accountability, professionalism, and continuous growth, Luxaviation UK has maintained an unwavering focus on top-tier operational safety. This renewal of its WYVERN Wingman Certification speaks to the organization’s ongoing commitment to rigorous safety standards and operational excellence, reassuring aircraft owners and charter clients that safety is prioritized on every mission.”

Globally recognized WYVERN WINGMAN Standard provides a safety benchmark that allows customers to assess an operator’s safety performance against the industry’s highest standard when selecting charter services. The scope of the evaluation includes a review and assessment of the organization’s compliance management system, internal evaluation program, Safety Management System, Human Factors Management, Safety Culture Analysis, risk management policies, procedures, and practices, emergency response plans, and training programs. Through the WYVERN Flight Leader Program, participating operators also receive complimentary access to WYVERN’s integrated SMS software, which includes capabilities such as ASAP reporting, FOQA integration, CASS tracking, FRAT, FRMS, and other data-driven tools designed to strengthen proactive risk identification and operational oversight.

As part of the WINGMAN commitment, operators share detailed Safety Management System and Emergency Response Plan information directly with WYVERN, demonstrating a proactive willingness to provide insight into their safety framework, risk controls, and response capabilities. By voluntarily opening their programs to independent review, WINGMAN operators affirm their dedication to accountability and continuous improvement. Additionally, WINGMAN members, including Luxaviation UK, are eligible for a complimentary annual safety culture analysis, a comprehensive SMS evaluation, and participation in WYVERN’s world-class Safety Leader Training Course, further reinforcing their commitment to safety leadership and operational excellence.
