New regulations released by EASA on 25 August, 2016 require private aircraft operators to assess and mitigate travel risk using a Safety Management System under EASA Part-NCC.
EASA Air Operations Regulation Part-NCC pertains to private aircraft operators, and calls for the same essential requirements needed by commercial aircraft operators in the United Kingdom be applied to non-commercial aircraft.
