MySky, the spend and revenue management platform trusted by operators of more than 2,000 business aircraft worldwide, announced the launch of MySky Pay at NBAA-BACE 2026, introducing a purpose-built payment solution for U.S. Part 91 corporate flight departments. Corporate flight departments are often bound by enterprise procurement policies that require extensive vendor onboarding processes, including compliance reviews, credit approvals and contract negotiations. These requirements can take months to complete, limiting purchasing flexibility and often forcing operators to source fuel, FBO and ground handling services from a small pool of pre-approved suppliers, regardless of more competitive alternatives available at the airport.
MySky Pay eliminates this bottleneck. By approving MySky as a single trusted vendor, flight departments gain immediate access to a global network of suppliers without the need for individual vendor onboarding. MySky seamlessly manages payments via card or invoice in multiple currencies, while automatically capturing and categorizing every transaction within MySky Spend. Costs are allocated in real time to the appropriate aircraft, trip and budget, delivering greater visibility, tighter financial control and more efficient procurement across flight operations.
Kirill Kim, Co-Founder and CEO, MySky commented: “For ten years, MySky has shown operators exactly where their money goes: every invoice, every gallon, every fee, across more than 2,000 aircraft. Spend gave them clarity. Procure gave them leverage. The last missing step was the transaction itself. With MySky Pay, the platform that analyses your spend now moves your money too, and the insight and the payment finally live in one place. This isn’t a card bolted onto software. It is the natural next step for a platform that already knows what a fair price looks like, and now lets you pay it.”
Ryan deMoor, Project Lead, MySky Pay stated: “MySky Pay was built on customer demand. For years, the operators I work with have told us the same thing: ‘You already see all our spend. Why can’t we just pay through you?’ They were stuck paying premium prices because switching vendors meant months of paperwork. Now they approve MySky once and pay whoever gives them the best deal. In our early-adopter group, operators are already saving 9% on their spend, which more than covers the cost of the service.”
Unlike traditional business aviation payment cards, MySky Pay operates independently of fuel suppliers and trip-support providers, eliminating potential purchasing biases. MySky does not resell fuel or services, giving flight departments the freedom to source from the supplier that best meets their operational and financial requirements.
The platform was beta tested across more than 100 aircraft and is supported by banking partners NomuPay and Yordex, leveraging established payment infrastructure from Mastercard and Stripe to ensure secure, reliable transaction processing. MySky Pay is now available across the United States, with live demonstrations taking place at the MySky booth (#653) during NBAA-BACE 2026, October 20-22.
