Nextant Aerospace, builders of the 400XTi, G90XT, and newly announced Challenger 604XT, in conjunction with New York based Safe Flight Instrument Corporation, today announced that the Safe Flight AutoPower® System will be offered as a fully integrated option with the new Pro Line Fusion® Cockpit. Nextant Aerospace also announced an exceptional pricing opportunity which allows customers the ability to install the AutoPower® System at a price of $199,950 for a limited time when installed with the Pro Line Fusion® Cockpit.

“The Pro Line Fusion® is all about delivering the most advanced technology available and we could not be more pleased to announce plans to integrate the Safe Flight AutoPower® System with the Pro Line Fusion® Platform,” stated Jay Heublein, Executive Vice President for Nextant Aerospace. “Nextant’s goal has always been to provide the best overall value proposition in the industry and the announcement by our companies to offer this great feature at a price under $200K shows our commitment to that goal.”

“The Safe Flight AutoPower® System provides take-off to touchdown power management capability for the aircraft which not only improves overall efficiency, it more importantly reduces pilot workload levels in critical segments of flight which helps to further improve the overall safety of the new cockpit solution,” stated Ken Bannon, Director Commercial & Corporate Sales at Safe Flight. “In addition to precise speed control, the AutoPower® System provides flight envelope and speed protection.”

The company also announced that existing clients that currently have a Safe Flight system will be provided a pathway to integrate their existing hardware into the new Pro Line Fusion® Cockpit. The Pro Line Fusion® Cockpit integration is being developed in conjunction with Rockwell Collins and with the support of airframe OEM, Bombardier. The integrated Safe Flight AutoPower® System can only be installed by Constant Aviation, the authorized dealer for Nextant Aerospace products.
