PlaneSense commemorates its 30th anniversary this week, marking three decades of transformative growth, innovation, and an unwavering commitment to client satisfaction within the private aviation industry. Since its inception in 1995, PlaneSense has redefined the standard for fractional aircraft programs, consistently placing safety, reliability, and personalized service at the heart of its operations.

George Antoniadis, Founder, President, and CEO, PlaneSense commented: "When we launched PlaneSense three decades ago, our vision was to offer a more intelligent and highly personal approach to private flying. We believed clients deserved a sophisticated aircraft but also a trusted partner dedicated to fulfilling their flight needs with a cost-effective, safe, and service-focused solution. Thirty years later, that philosophy still drives every decision we make. As we celebrate this milestone, I am reminded that innovation is in our DNA. From pioneering new approaches for fractional ownership to embracing the latest advancements in aviation technology, we are constantly evolving to better serve our clients. Their trust empowers us to expand our offerings and set new standards. Our team is the backbone of PlaneSense. Their determination to go the extra mile for our clients sets PlaneSense apart."

PlaneSense fractional program launched in September 1995, with the delivery of the company's first Pilatus PC-12, the 20th produced by Pilatus Aircraft Ltd. With its short field capabilities, flexibility to land on unpaved runways, comfortable cabin, interior cargo, and proven reliability, the PC-12 is a highly sought-after solution for business and leisure flights.

In 2015, PlaneSense took a bold step forward by launching its jet program, paving the way for the much-anticipated arrival of the world's first Pilatus PC-24 jet in February 2018. Building on the renowned Swiss craftsmanship of the PC-12, the introduction of the PC-24 elevated the private flight experience for PlaneSense clients seeking a larger cabin and extended range. Like the PC-12, the PC-24 can operate from shorter runways, delivers outstanding reliability, and provides a spacious interior cargo area. The spacious cabin is noticeably larger than those found in other light jets, providing passengers with superior comfort and a more enjoyable flying experience. Today, PlaneSense operates the largest fleet of PC-12 turboprops and PC-24 jets in the United States.

Over the past year, PlaneSense introduced a variety of new services and products that were enthusiastically received by clients. An exclusive collaboration with Jetfly extends seamless service to Europe and Northern Africa where PlaneSense clients can use their flight hours on Jetfly's fleet of Pilatus aircraft. For even more flexibility, the company unveiled the PlaneSense Sourcing Solution, a service that enables clients to access reliable private flights across the U.S. and anywhere in the world, including aircraft beyond the PlaneSense fleet. While PlaneSense has long operated throughout the continental U.S., Canada, Bermuda, the Bahamas, the Caribbean, Central America, and Mexico, these strategic initiatives now expand the program's footprint even further, delivering more value and convenience to clients wherever they need to fly, both nationally and internationally.

Furthering the company's leading-edge approach, the CobaltPass offering introduced in 2025 redefines the conventional jet card model by allowing clients to fully customize their flight solutions across aircraft types and enjoy travel with highly competitive pricing, unparalleled flexibility, and no blackout dates. The CobaltPass jet card complements the established fractional program, opening up new ways for private flyers to take advantage of all that PlaneSense offers while providing exceptional access and convenience for a broad range of travel needs.

Thanks in part to its renowned service levels and comprehensive suite of tailored programs, PlaneSense has achieved an impressive 91% client retention rate, with some families now spanning three generations of PlaneSense share owners. And while PlaneSense is recognized for its unique offerings and performance, Antoniadis also attributes the company's enduring success to its dedicated employees, whose passion and expertise have shaped PlaneSense as an industry leader.
