RUAG Aviation and Rolls-Royce have signed an Authorised Service Center (ASC) agreement for the BR710A2-20 turbofan.
This latest Authorised Service Centre agreement reconfirms RUAG Aviation’s participation in the Rolls-Royce global network and marks an important milestone for the aviation company. It allows RUAG Aviation to further expand the services offered for the Bombardier Global aircraft family, which includes the Global 5000, Global XRS, Global Express, Global 6000 and Global Vision.
“We enjoy an excellent partnership with Rolls-Royce and look forward to developing this even further. As a Rolls-Royce ASC, we now perform CorporateCare engine services on behalf of Rolls-Royce in addition to our extensive range of aircraft services, including base and line maintenance, aircraft painting, upgrades and maintenance, repair and overhaul (MRO) – all from a single
source,” states André Ebach, General Manager Business Jets at RUAG Aviation.
As a one-stop shop provider, RUAG Aviation offers numerous services that can be performed during the same downtime, saving customers both time and money. These services cover the aircraft’s entire life cycle, including guarantee services, to aircraft on ground (AOG) maintenance, and lease return.
“As the market leader in business aviation engines we continue to collaborate with the world’s top maintenance providers. We were impressed by the in-house expertise and international network proven by RUAG Aviation, as well as its reliable commitment to quick response and turnaround times and its ability to incorporate last minute upgrades,” says Andy Robinson, Rolls-Royce, Senior
Vice President – Customer Services.
RUAG Aviation looks forward to strengthening its partnership with Rolls-Royce and to continually expanding the support and services it can provide to its customers.
