A very special event took place on November 21, 2015 in "Heliport Istra", which is a part of the group of companies "Heliport Russia". Champion pilots rewarding by Guinness World Records.

The historic flight took place on June 6, 2015. On this day, 25 Robinson helicopters of Heliport Russia were flying over the suburbs. Each helicopter was operated by a crew of two people. As a result of the  smooth and coordinated operation, they managed toform in the air a geometric shape (diamond). Formation flight lasted more than one minute, thereby setting a new world record, which entered the Guinness World Records Book. The were hundreds of people watching this historical moment, as well as Helicopter Sport Federation representatives to confirm the record.

At the ceremony, champions crew received certificates, officially confirming the record and special figures from "Heliport Russia."

During a briefing on the ceremony, pilots told about the training process to set a record and of course shared  impressions of the flight. All participants were sure, there are more interesting and exclusive records to be awaited from "Heliport Istra" club team.

The record, set by „Heliport Russia” pilots is a real pride of Russian „small aviation” and demonstrates the professionalism level of russian pilots. The event is already historical as the largest formation flight on Robinson private helicopters.

Previous record was set 10 years ago - May 29, 2005 by Italian military helicopters, their formation consisted of 16 helicopters.
