TAG Aviation Announces A Unique Solution for Business Jet Owners and Operators - Business aviation publisher

Country: Switzerland Aircraft: Airplanes

TAG Aviation announced today the introduction of a new tailored service which will release private business jet owners and operators of  aircraft with a principal EU place of business or residence from the complexities and personal liabilities associated with the EASA Part-NCC regulations that come into force on 25th August 2016 while maintaining the flexibility of their private operation.
Part-NCC now requires each private operator to adhere to the same essential requirements as commercial air transport operators but the rules are proportionate. Along with the creation and maintenance of an operations manual, every owner or operator must submit a Compliance Declaration to their National Aviation Authority accepting responsibility, accountability and liability for their operation under these new regulations.

“We understand that compliance is not a simple process, at times being both complicated and time consuming” said Florent Sériès, Vice President Sales and Marketing, TAG Aviation Europe. “TAG’s unique solution will also provide owners with the complete piece of mind that their aircraft will be operated to the highest safety and airworthiness standards and meeting the regulatory requirements of the European law and of the State of Registry.”
By engaging TAG to provide this tailored support aircraft owners can be assured that they have delegated compliance and oversight responsibilities to one of the world’s
leading business aviation organisations and benefit from a seamless transition ahead of the August deadline with no disruption or change to day to day operations.
TAG will have a dedicated Part-NCC corner on its booth during EBACE, which will take place from the 24th to 26th May 2016 at Stand #Y044, Hall 6, PALEXPO, to
answer all of your questions and present in detail its unique solution.
