TAG Aviation S.A. in collaboration with Rockwell Collins has been granted approval for an FAA Supplemental Type Certifications (STC) for the installation of the TTR-4100 TCAS II version 7.1 on Dassault Falcon 900, Falcon 900C and Falcon 900EX.
This FAA STC has been developed jointly with Rockwell Collins and follows on the EASA Falcon 2000 and Falcon 50EX STCs. All STCs are available to all Rockwell Dealers upon request.

“We are delighted to bring to the Legacy Falcon 900 operators in the US a FAA approved solution to install the TTR-4100”, said Guillaume Perez, Design Organisation Manager, TAG Aviation Europe. “This STC covers the upgrade of either the TTR-920 or TTR-4000 with the state of the art TTR-4100 and uses the GDC-62 Analog to Digital converter from DAC Int. The STC only takes a few hours to be installed thanks to the small size of the converter which fits just beside the TTR-4100 and only requires minimum local wiring modification. The TTR-4100 is the newest TCAS produced and satisfies the TCAS II change 7.1 requirements, which are already enforced within the European airspace.”

"Following the European mandate for TCAS in European airspace, the FAA certification of the TTR-4100 through our dealer TAG aviation SA, will allow more Falcon 900 customers to benefit from the latest TCAS hardware available for their platform, and address operators wishing to align to the worldwide ICAO recommendation for TCAS 7.1 by January 1, 2017”, said Didier Perrin, Senior Director, Marketing, Sales and Support, EuMEA for Rockwell Collins.
