Russian company UpperTwo opened an office in Tallinn. As commented in UpperTwo, Tallinn, as well as Riga, is moving forward, offering more interesting opportunities to solve financial problems of airlines and aircraft owners.  The geographical location of Estonian capital is an important factor too. Flight times takes a little over an hour, which is very convenient for company's clients.
As Galina Bondarevskaya,director of the representative office of ElitAvia / UpperTwo, commented, the company have signed a number of agreements with Tallinn Bravecapital and is quite happy with the results of last year, planning to develop partnerships in the future. "We have a large and beautiful location In Tallinn, but most importantly, the transfer of some aircraft management here - really saves money. In Tallinn questions of aircraft leasing, financial transactions of sale of aircraft are resolved quickly and at for lower cost, "concludes Ms. Bondarevskaya.

Earlier, a representative office of ElitAvia / Upper Two signed a number of contracts and partnership agreements with audit and consulting group "Gradient Alpha".
Together they have developed a number of solutions for aircraft owners and airline representative to optimize costs, improve operational efficiency and management of tax and legal risks. These measures are ment to increase competitiveness and financial stability of the aviation business, improving its investment and credit attractiveness.
Now the fleet of ElitAvia / UpperTwo consists of 23 aircraft, of which eleven - available for charter (four Challenger 605, two Global 6000 and two Challenger 300, one G650, G450, Challenger 604). Just to remind - during the international air show in Le Bourget (Paris Air Show 2015) Maltese-Slovenian business operator Elitavia and Upper Two signed a contract, regarding the creationunof  a representative office in Russia.

"The creation of offices in Russia - it is the next stage of our expansion on the Russian market, which means more dense work with the Russian market players, aircraft owners and, of course, passengers. The contract with the Upper Two will attract new customers and strengthen relationships with existing, "- says Elitavia President and CEO Michel Coulomb.

Currently Elitavia has two AOC - Slovenia and Malta. Elitavia headquarteres in Ljubljana and Valetta. The company was founded in 2006 and is privately held. In addition to charter flights, the company is active on the aircraft management market, sales and consulting. The operator also has a subsidiary in Atlanta (USA), Geneva (Switzerland), Paris (France), Accra (Ghana), Lagos (Nigeria), and now thanks to cooperation with UpperTwo, a sales office in Moscow. The company has the highest (third) level of IS-BAO (International Standard for Business Aircraft Operations) and is member of the board of IBAC (International Business Aviation Council).
