Web Manuals International AB is launching a feature-packed new version of its regulatory compliance software that the company predicts will end operators’ reliance on Microsoft Word for their aviation documentation.

Branded ‘Hurricane’, the new software is the seventh version of the company’s digital document management solution. Revolutionizing aviation manuals and regulatory compliance, Web Manuals makes the digitization, authoring, and distribution of operational documentation easyand accessible to operators of all sizes.

Hurricane transforms new user’s experience with more than 200 new guides, including interactive step-by-step walkthroughs and 35 video demonstrations, making user adoption quicker and easier than ever.

The new document template facility makes it easy to create documents in a fraction of the time. As an example, users can create one master Operation Manual Part B (OM-B), which can be adapted to any aircraft’s specifications, with any changes made to the master OM-B mirrored across a fleet. This provides the perfect multi-aircraft solution for business jet operators or aircraft management companies.

Operators can now easily make documents consistent with their corporate identity guidelines, building credibility with staff and auditors alike, demonstrating to all that the document suite is professionally managed and tailored to the organization. Quick-reference handbooks also have increased functionality through side tabs, making it easier to quickly reach upon the desired section.

Martin Lidgard, CEO and founder of Web Manuals comments: “Hurricane makes it easier than ever to transition from manually amended documents on Microsoft Word to using the intuitive Web Manuals solution. We have put customers at the forefront of this upgrade, with twice the amount of training content, developed from user feedback, and offering 24/5 chat support from our international hub centers in Malmo, San Diego and Melbourne.”

Web Manuals 7 Hurricane will be rolled out to all of Web Manuals’ more than 150 worldwide customers, and is available for interested companies to trial through the online store.
