Zetta Jet has signed service agreements with Jet Aviation to ensure seamless maintenance (MRO) and handling (FBO) services for the Zetta Jet fleet throughout Jet Aviation’s global MRO and FBO network.

As the largest and fastest growing private charter company in Asia, Zetta Jet operates a fleet of more than 20 business aircraft based across the Pacific Rim as well as in Burbank, California. Zetta Jet and Jet Aviation signed agreements at the 2016 National Business Aviation Association’s (NBAA) conference and exhibition in Orlando, Florida, appointing Jet Aviation to provide seamless maintenance and handling services for Zetta Jet’s growing fleet of aircraft through its global MRO and FBO network.

“We were looking for a strong business aviation partner who understands our needs as a bespoke 24/7 private charter operator and on whom we know we can rely for dedicated local and international services,” said Geoffery Cassidy, managing director, Zetta Jet. “Jet Aviation has an excellent reputation for customer orientation and service excellence, and their scope and scale of service offerings is second to none.”

Jet Aviation has an integrated “hub and spoke” business service model that provides maintenance services to large-cabin aircraft from four MRO hubs located in Basel, Dubai, Singapore and St. Louis. These hubs are further supported by complementary spoke maintenance bases in EMEA & Asia and North America. The company also offers private aircraft handling and full FBO services. It currently manages 20 premium FBO facilities across Europe, the Middle East, Asia and North America, and enjoys access to a number of additional FBO facilities through partnership agreements.

“Our goal is to secure the greatest comfort and convenience for our customers by providing impeccable service close to demand for a one-stop business aviation solution,” said Stefan Benz, senior vice president and general manager, MRO and FBO, EMEA & Asia. “We appreciate and share Zetta Jet’s commitment to the highest industry standards and look forward to welcoming and supporting their fleet throughout our network.”
