Executive gourmet by Gategourmet, hosted a Gala Dinner for the Chaine des Rotisseurs at Al Bateen Executive Airport – Abu Dhabi, a first and unusual event for an Airport.

The Chaine des Rotisseurs founded in Paris, in the year 1248, is the most exclusive and gastronomic worldwide recognized society.

With only  25000 members worldwide (within these numbers only 7500 Professional members), the Chaine des Rotisseurs, recognizes the classic culinary and quality of the “table” and food /beverage quality, presentation, innovation etc.

Joao Menezes de Aguiar, executive gourmet General Manager, received the award saying he is fortunate as himself a professional  “Oficier Chaine Restaurateur”, is assisted by Thomas Harker – Executive Chef, also a professional Chaine Member – “Chef Rotisseur”.

On his words this translates the high quality of food, beverages and concierge services offered by Al Bateen Airport (ADAC) to their private aviation customers. For an Airport to receive such distinguished recognition it is a rare moment.

Joao added, the top quality services offered by Al Bateen Executive Airport now recognized by the Chaine des Rotisseurs, is possible because of the team work between ADAC (Abu Dhabi Airports Company) and executive gourmet, offering a very high quality  “one stop shop” for the Private Aviation.

Al Bateen Executive Airport is the only airport in the UAE to receive such recognition and is among very few airports in the world, like Vienna and Bahrain, that are in this very restricted group.

These are events normally held on top quality first class 5 stars hotels or Restaurants, so for an Airport it is a FANTASTIC and UNIQUE event.
