In the last three preceding years, BBA conference was held in Estonia, but this year agreement was reached to transfer it to Latvia.

Its founder, Panagiotis Panagopoulos, a McGill university graduate, has taken several managerial positions in companies, that specializes in conference organisation and is well-known aviation industry expert, who created a worldwide professional contacts network.
