Emirates Airline has been announced as “Airline of the Year” at the APG - Network for Airline Distribution Services awards.

For the third consecutive year, APG - the Network for Airline Distribution Services - has run the A.W.A.R.D. (the APG Worldwide Airline Reward for Distribution), an electronic vote throughout the global travel agent worldwide community.

Over a four-month period, all Travel Agencies around the world have been requested to participate in this survey to determine, based on several criteria, which Airline deserves the label of best Company of the year, as seen by the industry.

5418 Travel agencies from 85 different countries nominated 161 different Airlines.  Emirates won first place based on the overall votes.
