Gulfstream will display a G550 at the China International Business Aviation Show. The event will take place in September at Beijing International Airport.

Gulfstream say that the G550 is the ideal aircraft for people who travel in China.

“China has been a strong market for Gulfstream with more than 100 Gulfstream aircraft in the country. Beijing is especially important, because it is home to Gulfstream Beijing, our service center in the region. Gulfstream was the first original equipment manufacturer to open a company service center in China. China is an important worldwide market for Gulfstream, and we will continue to make investments in people, parts and facilities there, ” said Herman Chai regional vice president, Far East Asia, Gulfstream “The G550 is the ideal aircraft for people who need to travel within China and outside it. The aircraft offers tremendous range, flying eight passengers and three crew members 6,750 nautical miles at Mach 0.80. The G550 established a city pair record from Beijing to New York, travelling the distance in less than 14 hours. The aircraft is safe, reliable, technologically advanced and comes with the backing of Gulfstream’s worldwide product support network.
