The Russian aerobatic team Russkiye Vityazi (Russian Knights) on Wednesday completed preparations for a performance at the international air show in Bahrain, the Russian Defense Ministry’s press service said in a statement.

"On January 13, the Russian Knights aerobatic team finalized the flight program, which will be demonstrated at the Bahrain International Airshow 2016," the statement reads.

According to the statement, at the air show, the Russian pilots will for the first time carry out their flight program in six Su-27 heavy fighters. The Russian Knights pilots will fly at altitudes from 100 to 1,500 meters at various speeds, the Defense Ministry said.

The fourth Bahrain International Airshow will be held from on January 21-23 at Bahrain’s Sakhir Airbase.
