Airways Aviation decided to celebrate Women International Day by announcing a scholarship of €100.000,00 (one hundred thousand Euros) to be given and split between the first 10 women enrolling in the upcoming ATPL(A) courses in the Europe.
Every year and through a number of actions, Airways Aviation tries to make a positive impact on the lives of underrepresented girls and women worldwide with a particular focus in the aviation education and training.
“This year’s scholarship is a demonstration of the continuous support Airways Aviation puts in corporate responsibility and a symbolic push to promote aviation and in particular the pilot career to women who, most of the times, still feel the industry is not looking at them.”
