European Flyers, a well-known and prestigious ATO based in Madrid, Spain recently placed an order for an ALSIM AL42 FSTD. The school purchased a twin-engine Diamond DA42 training aircraft awhile back and will now use the simulator to complement their Multi Engine and Instrument Rating (ME & IR) Courses.

The ALSIM AL42 is an exact replica of the Diamond DA42, built using genuine aircraft parts and equipped with the latest real-world Garmin G1000 avionics suite. It comes with latest generation visual system, GFC 700 autopilot and PBN/LPV capabilities.

Mr. Miguel del Moral Negugogor, General Manager of European Flyers, is looking forward to offer his students ME/IR training in the new device and explains: “We have acquired the AL42 because it is the perfect tool to complement the training we offer. We are very happy with the ALSIM C172 G1000 we’ve been operating since 2007, so now that we have a Diamond DA42 for the multi-engine training, what could be a better choice than the AL42 to train our students?”

ALSIM Sales Account Manager Nicolas de Lassus, adds: “We are very pleased that European Flyers has chosen us again, as they have been our clients for more than 12 years. This ALSIM acquisition proves we are able to support our clients in the long-term and provide devices in accordance with their training needs.”
