Saudi Arabian business aviation services group Arabasco launched new Elite Service packages promising improved value for aircraft maintenance customers. Its new Platinum, Gold and Silver packages offer fixed pricing covering different levels of support.
Arabasco—an FAA Part 145 approved operation specializing in support for Bombardier, Hawker, King Air, Gulfstream and Dassault Falcon aircraft—will handle all maintenance planning for its Platinum and Gold clients. Platinum packages include 10 complimentary man-hours, as well as parts handling and storage and a 7-percent discount on all maintenance services.
Gold packages come with six complimentary man-hours and a 5-percent discount on maintenance work. Silver package benefits (all of which also apply for the Platinum and Gold offerings) cover pre- and post-flight services (consumables included), a monthly aircraft exterior wash and detailed interior cleaning, monthly checks and parts ordering support, as well as updates for navigation data and charts.
The company, which has facilities in Jeddah, Riyadh, Medina, Dammam and Yanbu, also provides aircraft management and charter, as well as ground handling services.
