European Flyers takes delivery of the first Tecnam P2010 TDI as part of its 12-aircraft fleet renewal programme

European Flyers has officially taken delivery of its first Tecnam P2010 TDI, inaugurating a forward‑looking fleet renewal plan that will see twelve new Tecnam aircraft join Spain’s premier pilot training organization. The arrival of the Tecnam P2010 TDI significantly elevates European Flyers’ training capabilities, giving students hands‑on access to modern avionics and systems that mirror the cockpit environments they will encounter throughout their airline careers. The aircraft offers a spacious four‑seat layout, an integrated autopilot, and the advanced Garmin G1000 NXi glass cockpit.

The P2010 TDI is set to deliver a decisive enhancement in the academy’s operational performance. Equipped with the advanced Continental CD‑170 engine operating on JET A1 fuel, the aircraft reinforces European Flyers’ sustainability commitments by achieving substantially lower fuel consumption and markedly reduced carbon emissions.The partnership with Tecnam also ensures the seamless integration of the new fleet by providing specialized technical training for European Flyers’ maintenance teams. This dedicated program secures the long‑term reliability, safety, and efficient operation of the 12 incoming aircraft.
